Start with Breath

Begin by watching your breath. Don't try to do anything to it. Don't worry about doing deep breathing or any particular kind of exercise. Just pay attention to what your breathing doing.

Mulai dengan mengamati nafasmu. Jangan mencoba melakukan apapun terhadapnya. Jangan khawatir melakukan nafas yang dalam atau apapun yang sejenis itu. Cukup perhatikan saja apa yang terjadi pada nafasmu.
